The Wanderer 34 is a STEEL sailing yacht ,
with shallow draft through the use of a retractable centreboard.
Construction is done in the best Dutch steelworking tradition
therefore robust and detailed :
all parts subject to daily wear and tear are done in stainless steel.
It’s classic shape and gentle lines allow for friendly sailing behaviour on open sea.
It’s draft of 85 cm only makes cruising shallow rivers and drying out easy.
Rigging is modern (aluminium cutterrig) and easy to handle in light as well as strong winds.
Although most clients choose a modern aluminium toprig a traditional gaff rig with wooden mast and spars can be supplied.
Inside you’ll find a spacious yet cosy cabin for 4-6 persons,
with roomy galley, pilotberth and headroom of 2,10 m in the main cabin.
In the foc’sle you’ll find separate mastercabin and toilet area with a headroom of 180 cm minimum .
The deep and safe cockpit protects you the elements even under severe conditions.
Each yacht is custom built to owners’ wishes.
